After seeing that clear picture of the base blades real shape under the handle. I'm certain it was 100% custom job.
I made a replica of the bowie knife used in RZ's Halloween II a few years back. I know how this kill knife can be made.
Water jet cut out the handle and knife shape parts out of 440 or 330 stainless steel.
A vector file of the shape is all you need, but you want the make sure you use mm size settings when making it.
You'll also need to figure out the handles true thickness. The blade will be about 3/16 thick
Add tiny holes in your vector art on both the blade and the handles. You can self tap them for the screws thread, and drill the holes out bigger for the side of the knife handle where the screw head sits flush with the handle.
Use an air compressor with a die grinder and some flap grinding wheels to round off the edges on the handles in vice.
I could so make these knives, but I absolutely hated how much time it took for me to make my replica of the H2 knife, so um nope, but it wont be hard for anyone to do, just time consuming.
