thank you for your reply, i am new to arduino coding i have downloaded the code to the board and wired it up exactly to the picture and i cant get it to do anything any help would be really appreciated as i have promised my son i would build the costume for him and i only have the canon to finish off but im lost lol many thanks

PropFX has some good points. Do you have pictures of the wiring? Any info that you were able to connect to the arduino and upload the code? I remember the program being a little fickle at times (didn't see the mega).
