Here is the limited edition DUST Batman glyph that went up for pre-order a year ago on Zavvi. The retail price is $95 US. The website description said it was a resin casting, so I was not interested in buying it before it sold out. However, it is actually metal! They must have updated the description to say it's metal recently cause when I looked at it a couple of months ago it still said resin. I got this on eBay from someone selling it for less than retail. It was a lucky find since it's sold out and other listings are going for more than double.
Overall I think for $95 it is a decent alternative to the more expensive Paragon and Factory options. According to the product description, they also used the original digital files from WB. The packaging is really nice.
It features a hinge that uses gears. There are three positions that it can be adjusted to. It would be nicer if the gap in the middle was smaller though. In the promo photos the hinge is slightly lower and the gears weren't visible on the top, so that was changed in the final product. The belt clips are actually functional. It's cool, but not sure why you would use them. The weathering is light. It looks like they actually sanded away the paint to reveal the metal underneath. The edges are of course not sharpened, but it is a convincingly fine edge compared to more blunt licensed prop replica blades I own.
One thing that does bother me is the paint on the top orange tabs. They did not paint the top edge of them, but they overpainted the sides of it.
Size-wise, it is 13 inches wide in the closed position. For comparison, the screen used one at Prop Store is 13-1/4 inches and the Factory one is 14 inches. I don't know exactly how big the Paragon one is, but someone shared photos showing that it is also smaller than the Factory one. In the open chest emblem position it is 14-1/8 inches wide.
