anyone got a better way of doing the neck i used robos neck and i dont have it right i used default scale which fits me most of the time , im 6' tall





 
Not sure whats wrong with it, it looks in the photo lik you just need o seat it back a bit more and bring the helmet forward a bit.
 
seems to big i also thought is there a flexible material better than eva foam for this, the neck rides high and doesnt let the helmet swivel right, ive done 2 versions of this 1 at default scale and 1 reduced by 10 %, also does any one know how to scale the thighs?

When I did my neck, I used 2mm craft foam from Walmart. I also used robo's files. But I made the front and the back, put them on and marked them where they fit and then glued. If I had gone strictly by the template, I would have had the same issues you are.

Maybe you can see, the front and back actually overlap a bit to make it a bit smaller than default.
It fits very well now:
