Hi all! We've graduated to using SLA technology to 3D print products that have much more detail, less post production time, and better print quality than any FDM desktop printer on the market.

We have a fantastic new 3D modeler on staff who can 3D model exactly what you're looking for. We can then utilize our resin printer to create your product with pinpoint accuracy. You can check out more of his work here: http://www.andrewwelbig.com/

We still utilize our industrial-grade FDM machines that print objects up to 24 inches tall in 1 build, so if you have a larger project we can tackle that as well.

3D Modeling: $25/hr

SLA 3D Printing: $8/hr + materials

Here are examples of our 3D modeling capabilities and SLA 3D prints:

How much would a 3d print of Deadpools shin guards and bicep and wrist straps run?

PM sent your way :)

nevermind on the straps... found the wrist straps on etsy: https://www.etsy.com/listing/473268...search_query=deadpool straps&ref=sr_gallery_1

I haven't been able to find ANY good shins (screen accurate comparable) that are directly for sale, and affordably.. Fell in love with these though:3508_1580943778895522_5971325295701404071_n.jpg12916219_1594290367560863_8960032356979546097_o.jpg12809525_1575717479418152_608967632243393839_n.png10455370_1585263595130207_3706610253422636372_n.jpg11141154_1606391879684045_6952887174785305323_n.png12802823_1576755685980998_7156551719370075306_n.jpg12916219_1594290367560863_8960032356979546097_o.jpg12994375_1606391886350711_8980936002611206975_n.jpg13245309_1627175270939039_5431404172366975225_n.png21462315_1912039819119248_3469821268053190322_n.png21462247_1912039825785914_7190390222987602442_n.png21430539_1912039792452584_2600055045308852900_n (1).png21430491_1912039799119250_4838456133528345462_n.png21557585_1912039795785917_1597472966890246718_n.png
Basically this dude 3d STL modeled the shins, lower shin strap, ankle and foot cap pieces... Had Shapeways print em, molded them via Oomoo from Smooth-On and then cast them in a rigid plastic, applying the rivets, buckles and zipper afterwards...

"Progress took a while but I finally finished my replica leg armor from the Deadpool Movie.

A lot of people made theirs out of softer rubbers but I went with a semi-rigid plastic. As a result of that, they provide actual shin kick protection while still flexing with movement.

The leg armor is cast from Smooth-Cast 45D fromSmooth-On before being painted, weathered, and then detail painted! "
