So about a month ago I began working on this very large tie fighter for my kids to play in and ultimately be a crashed prop on our front lawn for Halloween. It’s been a crazy challenge but it’s finally taking shape so I thought I’d share some of my progress on here and see if this community had any ideas of what the inside console should look like as I haven’t found many detailed images to give me much of an idea.
The ships main body is a 6’ sphere. The wings have been built but yet to be attached they are 13’ long. So far everything I’ve done has been scaled off a 3d printed tie fighter. I’ve made some size adjustments do to space issues. I will continue to post updated photos as I continue to work on it. It’s a slow process since I’m only working on it on weekends.
