Bioshock: Subject Delta and Little Sister Figure

This listing is for a Bioshock 2 1:6 figure set from ThreeZero, featuring Subject Delta and a Little Sister. This set is new and unused, with all of the original accessories. However, it is being sold as a damaged item, because it has two potential flaws:

1. The lights may not work. I opened the box for pictures, and tried to light it up with some old batteries I had around. The lights didn't work, but I don't know if it was the lights or the batteries that didn't work. But I'm selling this with the assumption that the lights won't work.
2. The paint on the back is a bit sticky and clinging to the plastic wrap. The paint is supposed to look weathered and worn, so it looks fine. But it's not ideal.
