i dont sell replicas or custom items on ebay but i do have a retro game store on there and i can tell you there is one thing you should never do and thats go through paypal on any payment always use the embeded ebay features even if they rule in favor of the seller they usually still pay the buyer aswell. unfortunantly since you already went threw paypal ebay will auto decline any dispute you have with that item now but its good to know for next time. im really sorry about what happened to you people like that give us ebay guys a bad name and i hate it also i just added them to my blacklist so i hope they dont want good retro games for cheap cause they cant order from me and im the cheapest on ebay

By the way just to be clear the person who scammed me was ryan wilson not tony but they are part of the same group. hes still on ebay under wilsoncosplay.

It's nice to know that Ebay/Paypal will stand behind every buyer, if and when the time comes for a refund or complaint. If only they would treat the good sellers with more respect, since they have been running from Ebay in droves, and last year Ebay had their worst year in along time!

I didn't get my refund from pay pal i had to threaten to take it further and he finally gave it back pay pal dis guarded me and said they don't cover custom items which is ridiculous.
STILL havent received my refund for shipping after reading this thread it seems he hasn't posted t all so i am working on that now.

I know this is an old thread, but I can't let this pass:

K'Russ aka Russ Adey was a friend of mine. He had no widow. A mutual friend and I divided up his originals and molds, it is possible that my friend sold some but I doubt it, and he wasn't K'Russ's widow. I have the patterns of his blades.
