Cast Away FedEx Box

I am making a FedEx Box from Cast Away...the package Chuck does not open (the one with the wings).

Does anyone have a screenshot of the FedEx label (from the Blu-Ray release)?

I don't have the Blu-Ray disc, but this would be the scene to look for in the movie. It has the box more or less straight on.

I've zoomed in on my DVD as far as it will go...and it is still illegible. Thanks though.

They probably Weathered it on purpose, so some obsessed fan doesn't actually GO there and try to see who lives there.

It's not likely legible in Blu-Ray either for that reason.

I just got done with my Cast Away FedEx box. I took a new large FedEx box, reworked some of the logos, painted the wings, and filled out the label.

I used the actual shooting location of the ranch in Texas for the sender address.

I used a real address in Malaysia (as that is where the package was headed per the movie and script). I just picked an apartment in Kuala Lumpur used by businessmen.

Soaked the box briefly, and then weathered it.

Ive been wanting to do that for years! Thats great! Theres still a Wilson ball available on amazon. That might look good together.

You can get the box for free at a FedEx Office store...but they told me that the paper airbill and plastic bag/ply are going away...as FedEx is going paperless.

One last tip...the ply goes around the corner of the box...you have to put it on before you fold the box into its final form.

I isolated the wonderful artwork Dangerhawk has done. It is posted here with his permission. You can print this on a clear label and trim and attach to your packages.

I would use cm....13 x 11-> Same design printed on pages-> Upload artwork->Next Step->Apply->Material : Removable Clear Vinyl->Make white areas clear->Save to Cart
