celtic bio lenses?

Alright chaps, I've searched and searched, but I can't find any posts recommending what to use for the lenses on a celtic bio. Obviously some kind of sunglass lense would be ideal, but is there one which is perfect? And cheap?

I'm going to try to explain this because I don't know the exact names of the products Im using for this :)

Here I go. I take a piece of plexiglass like plastic, the one that you can bend when it's been heated, shaped it in the right form.

After that I use a foil that "normaly" goes on windows to block the sun. You can get them in different variation. Black, mirror, etc.

Glue them on the inside of the lens, the type I'm using must be attached to the plastic by spraying water and soap on to the plastic.

Let it dry for 2 hours and you have a mirror lens.

The first time you do this, I'm sure you'll mess it up (well I did) because it's kind of a precission work to put the foil on to the plastic without airbubbles.

Here's a picture of the result on a P1 style bio. (sorry it's not very clear)

a pair of them aviator sunglasses should do the trick :) can get them on ebay cheap and they are huge lol

Here's mine, a little more accurate to the movie one. Clear acrylic with some silver and black misted from behind. If done right you can still see through somewhat ok but not crystal clear obviously LOL
