Code Geass Lelouch/Zero Helmet

My daughter wanted to cosplay Lelouch Lamperouge/Zero from Code Geass at Katsucon in Feb. While she made the costume, I made the helmet.

This was my first attempt. Had to learn how to vacuum form and dye plastic.



I'm fairly happy with it, but I learned so much doing this one I've started another one for her Otakon costume.

Haven't seem many of these around, looks great! You did a good job with the visor. What do you plan for your second attempt?
