Comic Style Loki Costume Help

Hey Guys-

So over the last year and a half, I've been plotting/working on a comic style
Loki costume, something I've wanted to do for years, as part of an Asgardians
group my friends and I are doing for Dragon*Con. The design is an altered
version of the design from Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

(Will post pictures when I get home)

(Different helmet, losing the silver shoulder and wrist guards, adding a yellow
cape)

The helmet (a custom design) is being sculpted by my friend Laban (Fishybob on
here).

But my issue arises when we get anywhere past the helmet. The artist I'd been
counting on commissioning the costume from had to cancel, and the other
commissioners I can think of are either busy, don't (IMO) have the necessary
skill for this project, or are out of my price range. To be clear, I'm not
saying that the people aren't skilled, its just that I'm only really involved
with Superhero costuming, so most of the commissioners I know specialize in
spandex.

I'm really not sure what to do, seeing as I've already invested a lot into th e
Helmet commission, so I'm determined to finish it, and I'm responsible for
organizing this group of 20+ Asgardian costumers (most of whom are making their
costumes specifically for this event). Anybody know anyone they'd recommend, or
have any ideas? Any and all comments/ideas welcome!

I apologize for the lack of pictures, posting this from a school computer, so I don't have access to all the pictures I've collected. Will post when I get home.

Got Photobucket working on my phone, so I was able to upload the couple shots I had saved to my phone-

(Ignore the baclava/hood thing. I decided to scrap that idea after this was drawn.)
