Creating a spiderman costume need pdf HELP!

As a seamstress I find it absolutely necessary to create my kids Halloween costumes. My son (who shares my love of Spiderman) this year wants to be Spiderman! I have done my research. I cannot justify the cost of trying to print a one piece suit on fabric even though I'd no doubt win mom of the year award with my son! He's 4 and really he'd be happy with something cut out and pieced together with a sweat shirt something like Peter Parker's first attempt wrestling suit. However, that would not make me happy. I want the one piece suit pattern but I need it in just the outlines, I don't need it in movie replica color and I need to be able to size it down to a 5t. So, what I'm looking for is a pdf pattern of a one peice suit. I probably have the capability to draft one but I wouldn't know where to start with picking a free program and finding a how to tutorial. The $25 pdf on the spidermancostumediy.com is amazing looking and I'm sure worth every penny but it's waaayyy more detail than I need. Any suggestions? I do not like the paper patterns I have found and in the world of children's clothing pdf sewing patterns I haven't found anything like this either.

Making a Skinsuit / Catsuit / Unitard

This maybe be helpful for someone else. It seems to outline the basics of creating a skinsuit. I think I can alter these instructions to make the spiderman costume. We shall see.

If you are looking for a detailed costume in pieces, check www.gunheaddesigns.com They make Spiderman patterns, or you can check EBay which may have a Spiderman pattern, but which movie are you looking to replicate?
