Did you see what I post in "ghostrider" thread ? The letter from the Hospital announcing the cancer of Johnny Blaze's father. It could be a challenge for you 'cause the logo of the hospital. Good luck !

I saw in another thread, a sample of a french Police card and it was full of wording errors and the reference picture of actor Jean Reno was taken from another film !
The film was "WASABI" not Da Vinci Code.
So, I don't have the Da Vinci Code film near me to post a capture,
but a french police card:

The PDF contains 2 versions, pages 1-2 are a double sided version with texture on both sides. Page 3 is just the lettering, so that it can be printed on suitable paper.
