2 weeks ago I picked up a Two-Face off of E Bay for 10 bucks and of course I thought it was a steal judging from the picture below.

What I received looked like this (picture of the "scarred" side)

Everything is wrong with this coin including the scarring and the dates.

I sent an email to the seller explaining that I was not happy with the purchase and the fact that the item is obviously not the one pictured. Long story short, the seller offered me a refund minus shipping or a 50% discount so I took the discount.

After a bit of work with a hand held grinding wheel it's starting to look like this

Not sure what else I'm going to do with it from here but I think it already looks a lot better!

Looks better, wouldn't do much more though, save for trying to recover some color. Much more and you'll lose all detail.

I've been on the look-out for a coin. I got one in the Dark Knight movie pack a few years ago, but during one of my moves lost it. I never liked the "COPY" on it anyway.

Considering getting Markpoon's coin and working on it a bit. The "weathering" on it is way too clean, but they usually have pretty good quality, so I think it can be worked for a much better looking coin.

Thanks for the input guys! I based the weathering on a cross between Mark Poon's V1 and the SDCC pictures of the screen used coin.
