Here is a resin cast coupler that I use on my Borderlands Krieg mask. I packed the foam into the opening and wired the LED behind it. The blue LED is diffused by the foam to give it a soft glow.

Brilliant (pun intended)! I never though of using soft foam as a diffuser in small parts before. <slaps forehead>

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude. So very awesome How was your level of movement/vision in that bad boy? I've always wondered about front lit visors and issues with field of vision.

Vision is pretty good considering. Movement was better than expected. I hope to get a couple of pro shoots in the next couple of months and maybe even a necromorph or two

Oh, man, this rocks!

Great work! Your paint apps are astounding. And I LOVE the use of the mini Reese's peanut butter cup for making the mold like that; incredibly creative (and tasty, since you had the rest of the bag to snack on while things cured for the mold ;D ).

I am beyond impressed.

Now that the Men vs Cosplay calendars are out I can show off the final image that we used to showcase my Dead Space armor and Damien's necromorphs. It was awesome to work with so many great people to make this shoot happen and it came out great!
