OK I've rebuilt the mandibles removing all metal & replacing with foamex.....hopefully will make any chance of droop gone

After doing a bit of modification to the depth of the sidewalls, I was concerned that perhaps the mandibles might end up drooping....so I replaced the metal with lightweight Foamex

Logical approach. Mine havent dropped a CM but drooping was a concern when building.

For Halloween I’ve made a set of fangs with the Mandibles....linking them together to make sure I have the right toe-in & angles

I’ve made my own cockpit wall for the DeAgo Falcon,.... made with opaque plastic, self adhesive metal foil & home printed decals

Was the supplied cockpit interior unusable/un-salvageable , or did you just want to make one that was more screen accurate using your own decals , detail-wise ?
Either way , it’s looking good and I’m guessing your light bars will eventually be beautifully lit up too , along with the rest of the cabin !

I bought a load of highlighter pens from a £ shop....

I removed the felt part & cut off about 10mm to get a rounded rectangular shape to make a engine nozzle-like thing

Here's the 32 highlighter pens glued together:

I unstuck a few since to tighten some gaps, but this is the general idea
