Limited Run Fallout 4: T-51 Power Armor Helmet

Hey guys, looking to see who's interested in one of these helmets. The 3d model was created by myself, and was made from the original 3d model in the game. The project is in it's final stages, so I'd like to see who would like to get in on this.

Helmets and parts will be cast in Smooth Cast ONYX. Will include visor lens casted from Smooth Cast 326, tinted black. Headlamp lens will also be casted in Smooth Cast 326, with a variety of color options to choose from. Solid resin hoses (the lower ribbed hoses) will be available as an extra option. The hose outlets for the lower ribbed hoses are perfect size for real gas mask hoses (about 26mm) should you choose to use those. Real hoses not included. The braided hose for the upper hose connectors are not included either (the braided hoses are colored brown in the render).

Please note that the scale is not a true 1:1 to what you see in the game, so if you're making a full size suit this will not match. These helmets are sized the same way the Power Armor helmets from F3/FNV are sized. Helmet should easily fit up to a 24 inch head.

Price is $270 + shipping for a raw kit. I accept payment through paypal only.

You should know by now I'm interested. :lol Heads-up for when you'll start taking payment, and when payment is due would be good, but I figure that's an update when you're closer to production. :)

Got ya down. :thumbsup

And yes, a bit closer to production. Right now I'm beginning to make the mold for the main shell. Once I have shells in hand, I'll begin taking deposits on each one. Deposits will be $100.

"Fallout 76: Power Armor Edition"? Never heard of it...

Super cool, as always. Unfortunately, I am poor and have to stick with printing my own pieces with bootleg models on my schools' 3d printer. Good hunting, my guy:D:thumbsup

Bump.

I got the silicone jacket for the mold done. Need to make the support shell, and then I can start pulling shells.

PM or post up if you're interested folks!

Bumping this up.

I've completed the mold for the helmet main shell. Today I poured my first cast. While the mold was a success, the first cast pouring could've been better. Lotta air pockets and surface bubbles. I'll have to work on that while pulling more shells.

In any event, things are moving. Once I have some clean helmet shells, I'll notify everyone and start collecting deposits. While this is a huge step forward, still a lot of work to do to get the little parts molded, casted and ready.

Here you can see where the relief cut in the mold is. This one came out pretty nice. Will only need some light sanding to smooth that out.

Holy moly this is soooo good, may i just ask what 3D program did you use to create it?

Thank you, glad you like it.

I did the 3d modeling work in Blender, taking the original game model/mesh that I extracted from the game, and refining it and designing for 3d print.
