I am wondering why in Fantastic Beasts that Tina had her ID in a metal case, and then in Crimes they created a new Auror ID without a metal case when the older ID would have sufficed, with her new position changed on it.

Yes LorduDesign shared the photo of french ministry of magic card with me. It is a screen used prop i guess. It has a beautiful design.

I would say replicate what's visible for now. And then just wait till more references resurface with replicating the whole thing (and I can guarantee you there's far more than that little part to the prop). And the cover looks really good!
