I was playing around with AutoCad today and made this up for a friends upcoming Shield costume at SDCC. This is just the 3D render, not 100% done yet but close, I made it so a standard USB drive will be able to be glued into the end to complete the prop and make it functional. I plan on molding it and cold casting it with Aluminum.

Looks awesome, i would suggest if you will sell them.. Sell them functional, so with the USB drive already in it,.

Also, you might want to flip the SHIELD logo around 180 degrees

Does anyone know what that particular type of usb drive is called? The flat chip style?

It looks like a standard USB Type A plug with the metal shroud removed exposing just the plastic and metal contacts.

Hi, new member here. I scanned these concept images from the Winter Soldier art book. The contacts are obviously wrong, because USB contacts are straight edged, but I like the 'wings' for quickly yanking it out of the socket. Pity they didn't use those in the movie. Anyway, I hope this helps.

I found a spare USB Printer cable (Type A to Type B) and removed the shroud from the A side. It's Black in color but I think this is what they did.
