First go of sculpt for Superman v Batman DOJ Bat helmet armour

Hi Guys and Gals,


This is my first ever post but i'm posting my first run around for the sculpt of the new bat helmet. I really like it and will be casting it out of fibre glass with a possible metal powder mix in order to make it more realistic. It will look better when cleaned up as well. Any ideas, any of your own builds please share as it will be great to chat making. I have included some pics i have found when looking for references as i know any images help when making a copy.Take care ben.

Hi guys busy week being a teacher this week but had some time to start fleshing out the helmet and thankfully a new fan poster is out with a bit clearer detail. Anyway not there yet with it but i would say almost 40% before i say the basics are done. I have decided that i'm not going to do a battle scarred one as i may do this as a variation. But i think i might have a go at a whole suit once the helmets are done. I'm going to use various textures to get an old battered metal finah so that when its in fibre glass i can really build up the lairs like a predator bio helmet, hence why i'll be signing up for a stan winston video tutorial. I'm also of the mind that i'm going to have a go at doing various cowls in rubber once this is done, some already around like noel and stan lee. But i have a few designs up my sleeve that will be rather radical and different. Would anyone be interested in buying a battle helmet from DOJ once i have cast it?
