Ghostbusters P.K.E. Meter Housing?

Hey there Ghostbusters peeps, I could use some help.

I love Ghostbusters but for some reason I’ve never become obsessed making the props, so I can’t identify them as well as something from Blade Runner or Alien(s). However, I was strolling around an antique mall today and I think I may have found the base for the P.K.E. meter.

Is this the correct shoe polisher?

That would appear to be the one.

From what I understand, there are 3/4 variants, the SP-1, SP-1(A), and SP-1(B), and the 2 speed SP-3, but the differences are primarily internal, and in the label / safety information area, which gets smoothed out anyway.
