My first model. I want to make a helmet I designed, I intend to model it in clay tomorrow but from there I'm not sure where to go. I have an idea, but what do you think?

Are you in need of advice how to sculpt in clay or how to mold/ cast your sculpt?!
If it´s about the molding/ casting issue, do a search...there are plenty of great threads about people reproducing their helmets/ armor designs.
In addition to that you can try to check the websites of suppliers for molding/ casting materials. Many of them feature great vids on their websites.
Even youtube is your friend
