HamelinGraphix's Ep. 3 Obi wan Kenobi (V1.0 and 2.0)

I've been noticing a serious lack of Jedi costumes lately in the forum, so I thought it was as good a time as any to show off my take on the character of Obi Wan from episode III.

(V1.0)
It started off as a CosplaySky version, they where having a sale with ep. VII coming out, so I said why not?!
after some work, some well concealed snaps behind the obi and the tabards (for the shoulders), some old boots I always use when I'm starting a costume and need brown boots and a friends lightsaber. It gave me this.

(V1.5)
Then I changed the pants, and tried putting Nu-Life onto an old pair of Gotham 100s.

(V2.0)
Then I got the pants leaned and to complete tunic redone with a more sand colored fabric that had a great looking texture too. Ordered some cheap new boots (Nu-life does not stick to vinyl people!)

I know the back is not accurate, that was the maker's fault, but honestly, I like it that way.
Here's the difference in fabrics.

Verdict (For now)
- Boots are crap, so this is still to change
- Still using my friend's lightsaber, but I've got a Saberforge Reedemer coming (yeah I know, I took a chance)

So what do you guys think?

I love it . . . great upgrades . . . I have the Museum Replicas ROTS heavy robe and boots . . . the belt and belt greeblies yet still lack the rest of the outfit ... hopefully some day I'll be able to put everything together.

You however certainly look the part of Obi-Wan ... I just would suggest to weather the fabrics a bit more ... so that it does appear as if you have been through a rough time chasing clone troopers on several planets :)

Got my Saberforge Redeemer lightsaber, despite all the bad things I heard about them. I got it from the site in the beginning of July and it got here last week.

That light dwarfs the hasbro Ep. IV. The pic was taken outside, in broad daylight, the Hasbro didn't even look fired up next to the Saberforge!
