So, for some time I have wanted the addition of the 'Chocolate Frog box' in my Harry Potter collection and just couldn't find one as accurate as I would like.
I set out to make my own, one that is as detailed as possible.
The more you look at a prop, online or in person, the more you obsess over the tiny details (we all know this
) . Many, if not all of the templates and versions you could buy, either from the studio tours or the prints from the actual prop makers themselves (MinaLima has an online shop/store in London) are so different to the one used in the first Harry Potter film (i'm not sure why).
Lots of things are different on the actual box; from the seam lines that join parts of the box together, that it doesn't actually say '70% Finest Croakoa', to the actual portrait of Dumbledore on the wizard card inside.
Anyway, after many hours of obsessing, going to see the actual prop up-close in person at the Studio Tours, finding the wizard card sold at auction online and having to order way too many materials to make just myself one - I have decided to offer a kit here, so you can cut out and assemble your own.
Each kit I post out to you will include the following:
Professionally printed card matte stock (with the portrait of Dumbledore included), self-adhesive 'green screen' paper (if you wanted to cut out Dumbledore and replace with green screen for true screen accurate), aluminium stamped gold star foil, gold 'Pull Me' cord, very stiff black-core card (for the wizard card) and assembly instructions.

Each kit costs £16.99. This will be shipped from the UK - so postage to the UK is £3.45. European Union is £9.20, rest of the world, please add £10.65 (this is a tracked and signed on arrival service). Paypal payment. Pm me your Username, email, address & contact number.
