[HELP] Fiberglass procedure. what does it involve?

Contemplating fiberglassing a layer over a foam/plastic/pva/paint that. Looking for a smooth finish and fresh start. Just looking for some info on cost, sources for materials, and the whole procedure for it. help a fella out? Project is a War Machine armor
