Help ID my old custom saber hilt

Hello all, I was hoping someone out there could help me. Back in the early/mid 90s I bought a custom saber hilt. I ordered it from a magazine ad. I THINK it is a Jeff Parks saber but I'm having a hard time confirming it. I also think the name was Magnum. I have included a few pics. All the details are stickers. Anyone know for sure if it is an old Parks and what year it's from? And does it have any value other than sentimental? Thanks in advance for the help.
