After carefully examining the visors in the film, it becomes clear that they weren't as "flush" with the cheek plates and nasal cross as people tend to want to make them.

Honestly, velcro is IMHO the best choice, since you can re-arrange and tilt the visor as you need, and you can also easily remove/replace it WHEN (Not IF) it gets scratched or otherwise damaged.

With velcro I can get my visor flush with the nasal piece and as close to the cheek plates as any of the ones I've seen in the film.

I am using a Bluerealm rather than a Pinsky though, so YMMV.

Agree with Tvayumat, Velcro is the way to go , it's easy to get the visor damaged and you don't really want to re-build the helmet (and yes I had to rebuild one I lent for an exhibition ) so learnt from my mistake!

I used hot glue and that worked well.

My concern with velcro is that it doesn't really add any structural strength. With how much of the face is cut open, I wanted something a bit solid that would help make sure the helmet didn't warp. Hot glue doesn't add a ton of strength, but it does ad a bit.
