• The next MCU film is the next Spider-Man film, and we already know Tom Hardy's been cast as Eddie Brock, who becomes Venom, so I'm thinking/hoping the black costume shows up in Avengers 4 for Peter to bring back to Earth.

The Venom movie is a standalone Sony production. Its not connected to the MCU or even the Tom Holland Spidey movies.

Mixed reports. Venom will be the first film in a new Sony-run Spider-Man franchise, but they are intending it to fit in Marvel's cinematic universe. Marvel seems to be taking the same approach to it as with their own TV and Netflix series -- the content will align itself with the MCU, but the MCU won't take pains to follow or reference characters or events in them. Amy Pascal has said that it is the Tom Holland Spider-Man (even if he isn't directly involved in at least this first film -- again, reports vary).
