Hi, I’m hoping this is posted in the correct forum. I was just wondering if it is possible to replace the rubber / plastic strip that goes under the clamp assembly on MR’s Vader ANH. Over time I think they must dry out and crack.
If it’s possible how do you do it? Please tell me it’s as simple as unwinding the ‘clip’ and the clamp becomes loose enough to remove / replace.
Assuming it’s not too difficult, I’m useless at this sort of thing, any advice on where to get a replacement bit of rubber / plastic?
Oh, and while I’m asking. YEARS ago I got some replacement O rings for the Darth Maul saber from MR, as one had cracked and fallen off. Aside from the fact I doubt I can find them now. I never worked out how to get it over the much bigger emitter to where it needed to go. It’s sat with one missing for so long, but if there is a simple solution I’ll have a go.
