IT (2017) Richie Tozier Missing Poster / Ad

Hello to all!

After seeing and absolutely loving the new IT movie, I found that I wanted an accurate missing poster that Richie finds in the house on Neibolt Street and then starts freaking out. All I could find was a Comic-Con ad that had inaccurate text in the lower region, so I made one that matches as close as I could. If anyone can tell me precisely what fonts each section uses, I can redo it and repost. Age it in a little tea water, rough it up with come scuffs and creases, and you will be good to go!

Here you go. I did an overlay of the real one posted online and recreated it as closely as I could.
This is just a quick attempt so there might be some details not quite perfect. The fonts used for
most of the poster are from the 'Univers' font family. Also, the poster is either narrower or longer
than a standard Letter-sized sheet of 8.5x11 paper.
