Judge Helmet Padding Idea

Sorry if this is not worthy of a thread all on its own, but I was so impressed with the results that I wanted to make sure everyone else knew about it!

I have one of JBReplicas helmets (highly recommended - a fantastic bit of kit) and after painting it up this weekend I pulled the insides out of a cheap motorcycle crash helmet and used sticky double sided velcro tape to fix it inside the helmet.

It's so comfortable and snug that with your eyes closed you'd think you had a bike helmet on! You can jump up and down and run about and it doesn't hardly budge an inch.

Exactly what I am planning on doing. I have an old lid that saved my melon in an accident, waiting for me to finish my Dredd helm.

I just hot glued some foam in mine until I can find the box of skydex padding left over from my Mando lids.
