Krylon Crystal Clear VS Krylon Triple Thick Clear Glaze

Ok, so I've been making my dummy models out of Sculpey and I was told that I should coat them in Krylon Crystal Clear before I try to cast them in silicone. Well, I should have written it down, because I came back from the store with Krylon Triple Thick Clear Glaze. Is this pretty much the same thing or did I waste my money? I'm getting my silicone kit today, so I want to make sure I don't ruin the mold/model.

Also, apparently, Sculpey is sulfur free, in case that comes up.

Triple thick is fine... never had inhibition issues with triple thick that I have seen.... Sculpey, a polymer clay, is sulfur free

Also triple thick needs to go on in thin coats.
If you go too heavy too fast, it tends to get cloudy spots and dries with them.
And if it is too humid, the triple thick also creates a weird texture when sprayed too thick.
So just be patient and take your time with the coats, building up to that shine.

Love triple thick, hate crystal glaze. Simple as that. As long as humidity is low, triple goes down without issue, provided you know how to work with a rattle can.
