Life Size Tron Bike.

At Dragon*con 2 years ago there was a group that had a life sized Tron 2 bike. I was wondering if anyone know this group or had ideas on how it was made. I am wanting to do an Akira bike in the same style but I didn't see them at Con last year.

A little more complex than what i was looking for. the one at con was in 3 different pieces and did not actually function. I am no bike engineer that's for sure.
