MK II Shao Kahn construction and help

Hello RPF. I am making the attempt make a Shao Kahn MK II costume pretty much from scratch. I have made an ok to decent Kung Lao in past and made cyclops from 90's show straps out of Eva foam and hot glue gun. So i am a beginner creator. I only have until October 26th to Mai it because its needed for a video. So far I have bought a kabuto helmet that I have painted the part of it that is red. I also I have bought a vinyl mask with a similar look to the Shao Kahn of the Mortal Kombat Konquest tv series. I will post pictures later of the items I have I don't have a big budget on this. Maybe another $100 at most so any and HELP!! Would be appreciate.

Yea it'd be alot more fun if I had more time but the need for the character was short notice but thanks. either way I'll have fun improving the build for the video after this
