Mod Extremis helmet to Rescue armor?

I am bored.
I had this extremis helmet about 2 weeks ago that has been left unfinished. I decided to continue that and I modified it to look more like rescue armor instead of extremis (not following any refence, just loosely). I wanted to try my new method of two-way bend without using heat.
Here is the WIP pictures.
The masking tape for some reason, left a tacky gooey leftover on the foam surface. I just put a cap on the ear, it's temporary.
Scribing with solder was not that easy as I said before. I did it after I finished the helmet. And the fumes is terrible, yuk....
I tried to put it on my IM suit, just to see how it fit.
So what do you think?

It looks like rescue armor! My wife wants me to make her a suit. I've been debating making rescue armor. Or just a slutty version of iron man. (I'm leaning towards slutty iron man :lol)

The file is extremis comic style helmet, made by EyeofSauron (thank you EoS). I still trying to figure how to do the gills, I attached my reference pic.
To me, rescue armor chest looks like three boobed chest (but not inline).

I made an illustration for the suit (hands and boots not yet included), slutty enough?
I also try to convince my wife to put it on, but still no success.

I made Leiaslave :love at first but she refused. This is my second attempt.

IMIM, That is awesome! very much like my plan. I planned on modifying standard IM parts to make it. but your mock up is great!

Brushed the helmet using roof sealing diluted with water. I used 4 coats.
I ran out of the material (I used it mostly to fix my leaky roof).
The result is very nice, similar to PVA coat except this one when cure, it's waterproof (won't get tacky). I don't think it will peeled off too, but that's something to try out later.
I am happy with the result, probably will do some putty to close some gap and sand out the glue residue on the top (I forgot to wipe it off first).

Next is to add eyes. I will do two helmets, this and Mk 8.
And I will do two techniques, direct and indirect.

I can't believe the interest on female iron man A.K.A Iron Potts is not a lot.
However, I finished painting the helmet.
So it will be eyes and ears that are still unfinished....
