Wel, it looks a lot like a Yoda btw. It´s green, has big ears, ect

But not a cast from the original. I think that is waht you meant.
 
The worst part is some one Cyberman sold to must have made a mold of the piece they purchased and then sold them of as cast from original ,

Do you remember who you sold copies to , (though you could have sold 3 complete Yodas or 30, so I guess thats not much help
 
Huh... auction's still there... with 4 declined offers... and a little over an hour to go. Perhaps his ebay counter-report was enough for him to slow down the process to gain as much exposure as possible. I'd like to hear back from this 'lyleconway' here... even that name is trying to link him to Yoda... I used to know Lyle Conway, worked with him a few times at Rob Bottin's, and I know he had a casting of the real Yoda, but I seriously doubt this is he. New member here with 3 posts...
 
Well Ghost Host does Lyle Conway live in Germany nowadays? Could it be him who's auctioning of that Yoda then? Even so it's still a recast when he made a mold of a real Stuart Freeborn Yoda casting.

I highly doubt that Lyle lives in Germany. And he was so protective of that Yoda. He swore he'd never mold it or sell it.
 
According to his replies, this lyle is a native German. And he never answered under his real name, just his eBay account terranote

Not only is this guy a recaster, he is also scamming the buyer by claiming that it's from the original moulds. Audry II is listed as coming from the original moulds, and I had a look through his previous sales... they are all private but for one, which was a Gizmo, again claimed to be from the original moulds. Unbelievable.
 
It's been a while since I have been on here and i have quite a bit of catching up to do..

Too bad that people are copying your sculpt and selling it as an original but, I am glad you identified this for prospective buyers.

On the upside of things, it does prove the quality of your work. I am looking forward to seeing your newest Yoda completed- it is awesome!
 
buyers can't be left negative feedback these days on ebay so the easiest thing to do to p*ss this guy over is put in offers so that he ends the auction DONT PAY and then have a dispute over the item with ebay that the item is recast and not as stated, he will then be left with a nice ebay fee for starting the auction so high too :)

you can then leave negative feedaback on his profile as a recaster :)
