Pulse rifle ammo 10mm caseless

Been lurking around for a while now but never posted a project, so thought I would add a recently completed project.
Completed my pulse rifle some years ago, but thought I would add some ammunition as I was upgrading the magazine to one that would take some dummy rounds. I have a CAD package I use at work so designed these rounds and had them 3D printed. Looking online I saw a hexagonal design someone had done that looked cool, so borrowed this shape for the body. Always bothered me the 99 rounds when the magazine holds less, so this is my attempt to rationalize this, each round has 4 explosive tips in a caseless shell. Doesn't quite work out at 99 rounds, but if you fit 25 of them in a magazine then close enough.

A lot of sanding and polishing later, paint and then time to assemble. Cut some bits of brass to fit inside to add some weight.

And the finished rounds, fairly happy with them, a bit different, kind of cool sci-fi looking. Only problem is they are not at all functional, they jam up in the magazine so can only get a few in there! That is why they don't make hexagonal ammunition I guess! Will cut a section out of the padding in the pulse rifle case to put the spare ones in some time.
