Suggestion Rename the questions and suggestions area

To stop noobs from posting prop related stuff here maybe call it "site related questions and suggestions" or something.

Still don't think that would stop people and it really doesn't seem like that big of an issue. Sure, it happens but it's not all the time. And it's not just noobs who place items in the wrong spot, use the wrong prefixes, etc.

Yes. I just logged out and viewed the forum as a guest, and was not able to see this subsection at all.

That is correct. In looking at the announcements forum that was previously viewable by non-members, there was very little content that applied to guests so we just eliminated it.
