[Request] Ideal epoxy/glue/putty for working on Rubie's Supreme Vader shoulder armor ?

Hi!
I believe the Rubie's Supreme Vader shoulder plastic material to be injection molded ABS.
I'm preparing to improve the front-middle ridge line, re-work & add strips on the bells for a more ANH look.
I am also going to thicken up the edges for a more solid looking presentation.
Every one says Bondo is horrible. What epoxy/glue/putty works best on this material for hold & sanding/smoothing?

I would try 2 part epoxy.

Much appreciated Vader45. Is there a certain U.S. brand of 2-part epoxy that you like more than another for gluing? Do you have a favorite putty that'd work good for surface glazing out then sanding out any seems that's left behind from gluing the part(s) together? Thank you sir!
