Hey gang!

After excitedly watching the new teaser trailer for Episode 9 today I whipped up a 3D model for the new belt clip grip design we see on Rey's repaired lightsaber and uploaded it to Shapeways in case anyone was interested.

What material best works to match existing grips? Any test shots?

I have no samples myself, so I don't have a solid answer for you. I would imagine that the "Black Premium Versatile Plastic" would be the closest match to the plastic grips from current makers, but I think the only way to get a completely matching set of grips out of this would be to get 5 regular grips and 1 belt clip grip all printed in the same material. Let us know if you go for a print!
