I just recieved my Roan & Lager Mark 42-43 helmet that will be used with my buyfullbodyarmors Mark 43 suit and since I have yet to see a review I figured I would post one. I purchased the helmet off of ebay for close to 230$ USD. The helmet was delivered well packaged and comes with a set of instructions and magnetic ring to wear on a finger and hold close to the right side of the jaw to open and close the faceplate. It does require 4 AAA batteries. The color looks very good and the weight is very light compared to my other helmet that came with my suit. The helmet is lined with a comfy "motorcycle style" helmet liner ( my head is 23" circumference) the liner is removable and comfortable. The visibility when closed is limited but not too shabby. I was able to negotiate around my house without triping or stumbling. The eyes when lit look to have lit up evenly ( my first Mark 3 helmet from years ago had one eye darker than the other)Overall I am happy with my purchse. Its not a bad way to go if someone is shopping for s finished helmet with lught up eyes and open/close electronics
