Well, I was able to order the book directly from the website......I took the hardcover and it cost practically the same cost in shipping than the book !!!

But the great news is that I will have it

Great book! A lot of unseen photos and interesting stories. Love the pack with the cones open and looks like you can fuel the pack. Now I want to add that to mine!
