Rubies deluxe Vader helmet modification

Hi everyone.
Bought this Rubies Deluxe Vader helmet a month ago from Ebay for £70. It says that is cast from the original moulds but for me it’s not very accurate and I started a little modification. After a detailed check I found not very little differences and start making some changes. First and most visible is the dome strip, mouth grill, dome thickness, shape of the eyes and much more. I did a lot of Dremel work. For sculpting I used a plastic body filler. You can see some progress pictures and hope you like it. I’ll share some pictures from the finished project in next week.

Halfords: Gloss BLACK Spray Paint 500ml product code 473132

4 coats. 2000 grade wet sanding each.

Very nice looking mod, paint has a great finish to it. Definitely one of the better mods I’ve seen.
