Scratchbuilt Airtronic RPG-7

Hi all,

Been preparing for a fan film to shoot this summer and needed an RPG weapon so thought the launcher from "Avengers" would do.
Launchtube built from ABS drainpipe and milled the trigger grip from aluminum bar with a dremel (pain in the neck!) added bits of stuff from airsoft parts and got a real Russian scope to complete it. needs some extra work like a bar under the front top rail,a sear for the trigger and some detailing at the trigger front among other things, the rocket was made from a funnel and a plastic Christmas tree then bondo and sanded.

That looks way cool! may I ask what bit you used with your dremel for the aluminum.

Very cool.. Would love to see more detailed pics of the grip and trigger design.

Here ya go, still need to do some filing, add detail to the front and put a spring leaf horizontally above the trigger, as for the bit I used this cutter with a crude setup I made from available parts. killed my Dremel with it then my Bro in law gave me this red one.

Thank you all for the kind words, I am considering making a round that will accept an airsoft shower grenade so I can game it afterwards.

Did this today with an Estes rocket and a "stunt" paper rocket.
