oh my god thank you for that new file location, I fully made rider 2 using first file and had issues with the actual jaw aligning smoothly without jamming half of it in my face and realign. the new file looks waay better. I have the chest files that I am currently printing. I forgot where I got them, they could be from the initial file or somewhere on cult.View attachment 1813581

So, I recently got my bucket completed as seen here.

As for the jaw attachment. I used a hardhat chin strap glued to the inside of the jaw and fed up to the main helmet. For comfort I also lined the inside of the jaw with felt, as well as behind the teeth to help prevent paint rub.

A small bit of extra elastic was used to help hold it in place on either side.

For the side pieces that over lap the jaw I replicated the printed part out of leather. This allows for easier movement, wearability, and prevents paint wear.

With Nigo, my friend and I experimented with keeping the jaw separate from the main helmet, strapping it around the head. This did end of up working and makes taking the helmet on and off a lot easier, however it does mean that the jaw ends up shifting around a lot more. However when we are next to each other, you would be hard pressed to spot the differences between the two, apart from color of course.

I reached out to RAProduct3D directly on Etsy. Files cost like 15 bucks.

SUPER late reply to this thread. I just wanted to check if you have the file for the wings available anywhere or links to where you may have got it from? It's easily the best looking wings I've seen. Also if you've got the print files for the knuckles, that'd be super cool too but I understand if you don't have either.

Your thread is what really inspired me to get working on my own suit and it helped me find the armor print files, which I can't thank you enough for. Greatly helped reaching out to RAProduct3D to find a file for those chest pieces.

Unfortunately I have not. I confirmed the chest armor is available from the same seller as the helmet, but no dice on wings or knuckles yet.

So I have been really busy, hence why this thread went quit, but I am planning on releasing an pack on Etsy with my all of my glove files as well as the SVG I used for the wings. Just been super busy and haven't had time to go back over and fix everything up to make sure it is viable for everyone.
