Star Trek Visor - Does a Template Exist?

Hi guys,

A couple years ago I asked this question, and didn't get a positive response - but I thought I'd give it another shot (I wanted to get Diana Muldaur's autograph on it, as she's appearing at the Star Trek Las Vegas convention this year.)

Anyone have a template to cut the metal frame for the visor in the Star Trek original series episode, "Is There in Truth no Beauty?"
