Steve Rogers Mall Outfit (Incognito / On the Run) – Captain America and the Winter Soldier

Currently trying to source his different outfit pieces seen here (or really just get as close as possible).

Right now I need the most help with the t-shirt print.
Honestly if anyone has designed this for printing, that'd be amazing.

I have some zipper hoodies I can try out that are on order, but I *know* they are off.
If anyone can help source a dark blue one with a light inner hood and what looks like it might be a matching dark blue plastic zipper, that would be much appreciated.

Supposedly his jacket/coat is custom.
I don't even know what or how to start a search to get anything close.

Jeans are likely Levi 501s, as he has been seen wearing them in other films, plus it's pretty "America" of him to wear those.

His shoes for this sequence were Supra Vaider Satellites (confirmed), which... Good luck finding, but I was able to get some used white Supra Vaider high tops that I can paint and tweak.

I've already owned the black hat he has since high school, and while I won't be balling out for the $300 shades he has on, I'm not too stressed about them.

This has actually been a mystery for a while. It's rumored to be a shirt from PacSun, but no one has found the original as far as I know. So they best we have are random slivers of the shirt though the open zip.

The benefit there is that if it's not exact, no one will really know.

Here's an image I made a while back taking the parts that could be seen , stitching them, then using a AI program to try to patch the rest. lol

Maybe it will help? (Probably not... the shirt is a total mystery haha)

If you or someone would be able to clean this image up a little and make the grey parts transparent so this could be printed onto a grey t-shirt?
That would be amazing.

Like who cares what the rest of the shirt looks like so long as we match what's coming out of the opening.

Exactly. I’ve even seen a guy JUST paint a v shaped design on a tee to match ONLY the parts we know of. Haha

If anyone wants to use my image above to base a design on, have at it! Sadly I’m too busy and already have too many projects to do it properly.

Finished, uploaded, and ordered one for myself.
Is it perfect? No. Do I still have no idea what it looked like? Yep.
Buuut, I honestly kinda thought it looked like a weather radar map of Louisiana with some giant colored arrows, so I made it look weather-y.
I used a bunch of the images I had and the one you provided to use as a template, drew it out as best as I could, then smeared it a bunch.

I chose Teepublic because I personally love their tri-blend shirts and how they fit. They have more of an athletic cut to them.

Got a jacket on order, some new hoodies, and I just need to take my muscle suited booty to the store to get sized for some Levis.
Will update once they're in and provide product info to help others if I like them.

Most of the work I've seen around this costume has been in the Build a Better Captain America Facebook group. That's where I originally posted my AI-completed image. haha

That's where people have hand painted shirts and whatnot. Not sure if they've cross-posted here or not.

Starting with the shoes, Chris Evans wears some Supra Vaider Satellites in the movie.

These things were circa 2012, so good luck finding them.
Instead, I found some non-special edition Supra Vaider High-Tops in white that were my size on ebay.

I used:
• Angelus Paint (Dark Grey and Turquoise)
• Angelus 2-soft (this stuff was amazing for getting good coverage)
• Round grey shoelaces (60+ inches long recommended)
• Internal Toe Guard (To give the toes their shape back)
• Heat Gun (for the paint)
• Barge (to fix the heel which had come undone)

I only applied 2 coats of the paint. I bought a "finisher" as well but didn't bother applying it.
I know I could probably get the blue to pop more on the upper back side with some more coats, but I was in a hurry and didn't want to bother.
The turquoise is a little off color from the blue on the Satellites, but oh well.
