I have been working on this for months, I'm still trying to get the Autocad render right and would love some to hear observation on the length of it. Once its finished I will be molding and casting it. Might do it in a cold cast brass but not sure yet, love to hear feedback on that as well. after I finish it I might tackle the box its in as well.







What I have so far.

Good start. I think the length is not an issue.
The details are off though. You rounded out a few shapes that should be more oval. Especially the top head and center with the cross in it. Yours is too round.
And I would recommend paying extremely close attention to negative spacing. You have distances off in most crevices.
For example in the head type section: the shapes are all off and spaces between the raised areas are too big.
Also the round bottom part has too many lines. There appears to be only two rings inside the circle and you created three.

I know following this might be hard, hopefully someone has time to create a side by side comparisons to illustrate it better. If I had time I would put that together for you.

But over all this is a good staring point
