Supports help

I've been working on Robos iron man mark 4. Some pieces have supports in the file and some don't. I have completed the chest and back and they don't have supports included in the file. How do I make these supports and where do I mount them to keep the shape of the chest and back when I resin them. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

basically measure the largest gap from width and height, and cut in cardboard 3 strips those lengths make them into a triangular cylindar and attach them with some tape to the measured gap remove after resining
